  • Do you have a physical store?
    No. We currently only have an online store.
  • Do you sell B2B?
    No. We can provide a VAT invoice if needed, but we don't sell large amounts of products that would be resold by the customer.
  • Do you buy cards?
    We currently don't buy single cards.
  • Are the products authentic?
    Yes. All products that we ship are factory sealed and come from official distributors.
  • How do I stay up to date with the availability of new or out-of-stock products?
    There are several ways we use to keep our clients updated on the availability of products. 'Notify When Available' : use this button on a product page to automatically get notified when this product is available again Subscribe to our newsletter to receive news on new releases etc. Follow us on Instagram of TikTok to stay up to date on general new product launches or availability
  • What language are the cards?
    If cards are not in English, it will be clearly visible on the product page through the language of the title, description and / or the pictures.
  • What countries do you ship to?
    We ship to 29 countries accross Europe. To check if we ship to your address specifically, you can: 1. Add an item to your cart 2. Within your cart, select your address If we don't ship to your address, an error message will indicate this. Alternatively, you can check through the list below to see where we ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Southern Cyprus
  • How much does shipping cost?
    The shipping cost for your specific package will always be clearly indicated in your cart after you've added all of your desired products to you cart and after you've selected your address. The cost depends upon various factors: The country / region of destination The weight of the package Whether it's being delivered to a pick-point or an at home address (not applicable for all destinations)
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping can take from 2 days up to 7+ days depending on when you've placed your order and where we have to ship to. The average order processing time is 1 to 2 working days before we deliver the package to the shipping company. After this the shipping company might take up to a week or more in some cases, to deliver the package to the destination.
  • How can I track my order?
    When your order has been shipped, you receive a confirmation email. In this email, you can find your tracking number and the name of the shipping company that will be delivering your package.
  • Can I pickup my order instead of having it shipped?
    Yes. We offer local pickup by appointment only. When ordering, you can select 'pick-up' as your delivery method. No delivery fee will be charged. When your order is ready to be picked up, we will contact you to arrange an appointment. When arranged, you will receive the exact address of the pickup location.
  • What should I do if there is a problem with my shipment?
    If your package has been handed over to the delivery company and a problem arises before the delivery has taken place, please contact the delivery company. For any other problems related to delivery, you can contact us directly.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes. Orders that are being shipped to the BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg) may be qualified for free shipping. When adding products for a total of €200 or more to your cart, the delivery fee will automatically be reduced to €0.
  • Where do you ship from?
    All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium.
